Again no Cirillic !!!!!!

How long need to wait, when you add it??????
Second!!!!! Add possibility to choose the action on using buttons up and down on 3.11, before it was changing of watchfaces, now it changing calendar events and other things, which not necessary for me... Wish to get this possibility back!!!!
