Location issues

I recently upgraded from the Original version and I have a big issue. I dislike how it only gives me the option to use location services always or not at all. The old app had an option to use location only when requested by certain apps on the watch. Now I find my iPhone battery being drained due to location always being on so I can use my weather and other apps.
Please fix and revert back to geo fence
