Unreliable..... What happened???

Ive had the Pebble Time Round for nearly 6-months and loved it....Until now. The latest update wont even connect to my phone which is a real shame considering that I supported Pebble since the original kick starter. Cannot receive notifications, text messages or add apps / change the watch face which renders this useless to me. Pebble started the original smartwatch war and now they are killing themselves...Such a short-lived company

HORRIBLE

Cant even use my pebble anymore because the app crashes and wont update my pebble so now it just stays on the same screen all the time.

Works perfectly

Works perfectly on my old pebble steel

Bad company

Introduced pebble time 2 and then stop support old products

Stable and less buggy than the earlier versions

I dont know about others, but I dont remember when was the last time I experienced a crash or force to quit the app. Pebble has been stable for the last couple of versions and its highly functional. The interface is nice and smooth, no complaints!

If I could give zero stars I would

I have had my pebble watch since March, and I got to use it for about a week before it stopped working. Customer support is a joke, I have reinstalled the app about 100 times. I have followed their same canned response directions in their emails and nothing works. I basically spent $200 for a useless piece of crap that wont even work as a watch because every time I try to pair the watch and it goes to the whole process the app freezes on the restart and the Watch goes back to January 2000.

Keeps GPS polling all the time

This version drains my battery. GPS is active all the time. I switched location access off but now I have a half broken watch.

Works great

I dunno what everyone is having a problem with. This app works great with my pebble steel (almost 2 years old). If the pebble disconnects from Bluetooth just turn Bluetooth off and back on and itll reconnect. Happens about once or twice a month, pretty infrequent. The app itself works great. Doesnt crash at all for me. iPhone 6s

Works Great

Easy to use and works well - no complaints at all.

Unreliable operation, poor design

Id thought I was upgrading from a classic to a similar experience but with color and microphone. Nope. I now need to be connected to wifi to open up apps that I havent used in a few hours. Unable to add any extra watch faces. I just receive an add to locker failed message. Seems that particular face is then forever unavailable on my account since the button greys out and changes to Added. So, 1. random unpairing that requires multiple attempts to reconnect. 2. No custom watch faces. 3. Apps that arent actually installed and arbitrarily go away with no ability to control. Yup, 10/10 on the Failmeter.

Not working

Cant add any watch faces or apps to my locker.

Crash, Crash, Crash

Cant say much more. App mostly crashes. Terrible!

New upgrade is horrible!

The update took away the health graph I really enjoyed and deleted a bunch of my apps and watch faces. It was huge mistake to upgrade! I wish I could go back! Do not upgrade! I want it back! I feel doped by pebble for the first time.

Bug on today sleep

I found a bug can you please fix it? The bug is on todays sleep it has the word "sheep" Ps 2 sleep says sheep and It also says " no sleep data yet. Start counting sheep" so please fix that Thx A pebble watch user.

Beware! Out of control storage use!!

This revision is up to its old storage gobbling habits. In just 7 hours, this app has consumed 50MB of storage!

Loses Bluetooth LE Connection

Pebble Time wont maintain LE connection since last update. Works for a few hours then drops. Have to turn watch off and back on to reconnect and sometimes restart phone ( 6 plus ). Worked perfectly before last updates. Please fix.

Alienating users with popup message

My opinion of Pebble has actually gone down in recent months. I have the first version of the watch and mainly use it with Endomondo to track my bike rides. Often I just have the Pebble in airplane mode and Bluetooth off on the phone to conserve battery. The new version of the iPhone app will actually generate a popup message nagging me to turn Bluetooth on to pair the watch. I contacted Pebble support and they said the only way to stop the message was to turn Bluetooth on or uninstall the app, so I uninstalled the app. Ill probably be putting the watch on Craigslist soon. Not sure why they insist on annoying their users by trying to dictate how they use the product. Prior to this would have given the watch 3-4 stars, now I give it one.

Worst watch app ever

It needs an update every 2-3 days and you have to update it otherwise your watch would not work.. What a waste of money.

Its fine

I dont know why there are so many poor reviews, but this app paired my watch easily and worked smoothly.

Great simple watch app

Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the app sometimes disconnects and requires a reconnection for responding to texts. Maybe a few times a week. I e found it helpful to keep the pebble app open in the background on my phone, doesnt seem to bother my battery and keeps me connected best.
